I am attempting to find the average time span between parole eligibility and granting of parole (or statutory release as the case may be) for second degree murder cases as well as this same average as it pertains to Aboriginal persons. If this varies over the years I would appreciate the data for the last 10 if possible.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information related to the request. Perhaps Correctional Service of Canada would have more information. They even report on Aboriginal Corrections.
