Question
Is it possible to obtain data on deaths from motor vehicle accidents by urban/ rural?
Answer
The Canadian Motor Vehicle Traffic Collision Statistics (available from Transport Canada - <http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/roadsafety/resources-researchstats-menu-847.htm#abc> contain "Number of Collisions by Location" tables that show the urban rural split, and indicate whether the collisions resulted in fatalities or personal injuries. The reports on the website cover 2003-2009.
