Is anyone aware of a digitized copy or paper copy of the AgCensus questionnaires from 1951- 1971?

The Statistics library made a huge effort to digitize them per year:

For other AgCensus questionnaires, that is, prior to 1951, you can use the following site:
<https://archive.org/details/toronto>. You must select Canadian libraries from the top down menu. The Survey for each Agcensus is included in the appendices.
